A quick watercolor

I've had my swim at the spa and I'm having my lunch just now before I go to tutor.
Do you find it funny what comes into your mind first thing when you wake up? I knew I wouldn't have time to sew today. My energy is low too as I slept rather badly.
I've been collecting twigs and seed pods when I'm out on the trails, and I thought of those this morning.
I did a quick watercolour at my morning tea.

I want to have a record of them as I'd like to do a fiber piece using the images sometime. I'd like to paint the background fabric and thread paint the assorted dried flora. Something to think about.
